   In this class, my main hope is to be able to gain some clarity on whether teaching is actually a career choice that would be suitable for me. Additionally, being able to learn about the different resources I could use if I do decide to become a teacher also seems helpful, for I probably would not have learned about them if not for this class. Another hope I have for this class is to be able to become more skilled with technology. Although I already have a good understanding of how to use technology, I think I can further develop my skills through taking this class.       My prior experience using technology in an educational setting has varied over the years.      In the past, I have occasionally used Microsoft Word to write papers and complete other assignments associated with it. The system is not too difficult to use, however, I feel like with the rise of Google,  the use of Microsoft-related systems declined. This may only correlate with me, but just in school, we switched quickly to Google-related items such as Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Spreadsheet, and so forth instead of using Microsoft 365. This may be because these options are free compared to Microsoft 365 making them more convenient, or they just become more popular. Regardless, because of my increased use of Google-associated programs, I would say I'm more comfortable with them since I have more experience with them compared to Microsoft 365.        After reviewing the ISTE standards for educators, I would have to say that the standard that was most meaningful for me was standard 2.5 Designer.  After working on this website, the skills I developed were just the general ability to make a website. I had never made a website before, so I lacked the knowledge needed to create different pages and ensure everything was cohesive and aesthetically pleasing. The website used in order to make my own website was a little tedious to navigate, however after some practice, I was able to figure it out which made the whole process less difficult. What I learned that stood out to me the most was how to link things, such as the Google Calendar, to the different website pages. I thought that was a good skill to know because I feel like the skill of embedding information onto websites is common and important to know.  The way I would use a QR code in my classroom is as a way for my students to provide feedback on the course and on my teaching capabilities. They can scan the code which can lead to a Google form or a similar platform and leave a comment on any issues or problems they are...
